The vendors will not receive their payment until you receive your printed products for your security. As soon as you receive your orders, Print Pronto will then send the payment to the print vendor who worked on your product. 

In addition, our Customer Service Team can be contacted to help you with any inquiries and/or concerns in relation to your order to ensure and maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
